Innocean is seeking an experienced Sr. Brand Manager to support our client's dynamic team, based at their U.S. headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Sr. Brand Manager to drive brand marketing strategies and channel programs to support the growth of the LG Signature Kitchen Suite business division. Reporting to the Account Director, the position is a hybrid role of agency account management and client marketing management.

The Sr. Brand Manager will be responsible for representing the agency on-site and communicating back to the Innocean team in Huntington Beach, CA. Also, this position will be responsible for managing the development of Signature Kitchen Suite marketing programs. Additional responsibilities will include understanding channel marketing objectives, analyzing sales data/trends, developing and implementing brand and tactical channel marketing plans.

Attention to detail with an eye for quality, overseeing flawless program execution, and the ability to grasp technical capabilities into USP's are crucial. An effective collaborator and strong team player, the Sr. Brand Manager works cross-functionally with other groups including product development, product marketing, sales and operations.


Duties & Responibilities

  • Co-develop annual marketing plans with Innocean agency team and maintain marketing budget updates throughout the year
  • Develop and implement channel support programs to support revenue plan.
  • Support presentation development of ongoing marketing activities for the Director of Marketing and/or General Manager
  • Support Trade Show program development and execution: Collaborate to develop Run of Show, ensure needed materials for show are identified, developed and delivered on timely basis.
  • Help gain client input for creative briefs, develop creative briefs and gain approvals as needed.
  • Ensure consistency of brand message throughout the organization & within external communication materials.
  • Communication to channel partners (dealers, designers and client sales teams regarding all programs, events, and product specific information.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of the competitive marketplace by monitoring client websites, industry announcements, and regulatory actions in order to make appropriate brand and marketing recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy of product information in systems, catalogs, brochures, price books or other marketing materials.
  • Support development and execution of monthly CRM programs targeting Dealers, Designers, and Builders (with client input and approval).
  • Drive and manage the marketing functions of the CRM database collaborating with Client, Salesforce and Registria
  • Optimize, measure and report performance of brand marketing vehicles and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and recommend adjustments to improve plan going forward
  • Coordinate products and product communication for trade shows and dealer events and work collaboratively to maximize event exposure with PR, Communications, Social
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Product Marketing, and Product Trainers to ensure all assets/elements are developed/delivered on time, with consistency and in one complete package for Sales team.
  • Support budgeting and LG process for Marketing program invoices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or comparable experience
  • Minimum 4-6 years of consumer marketing experience in agency or marketing department with traditional brand management or channel management experience
  • B2B business model and luxury experience is a plus
  • Luxury appliance/consumer durable goods experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills a must (both for external and internal contacts)
  • Ability to work in a field office or remote office structure reporting to supervisor in another office and time zone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
