Overview

Innocean is looking for a self-starter with strong work ethic, time management skills, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to concept and pitch ideas for various client needs surrounding product launches, sales events, activations, and more. You will drive the creative vision and lead a small creative team as well as deeply integrate your creative with brand, and community management teams and frequently collaborate with media and sports marketing teams to further the client’s reach into the space of social and digital.


Duties & Responibilities

The ACD is responsible for the photographic and sometimes video production related component of this team, having the ability to identify what resources (production partners, production equipment, video/photo/lighting equipment, vendors, and crew) you will need to get the job done within the scope of the project. You will frequently be responsible for editing these assets into final results and applying any and all necessary supers and disclaimers for a final finished product.


Requirements

  • 5-7 years of creative experience with strong track record of success
  • High level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.
  • Understanding of color theory for both video and photo and ability to color correct and grade video using Davinci Resolve or similar.
  • Understanding of cropping and resizing photo files to provided specs.
  • Understanding of web codecs for video and how to re-encode and re-size video files if necessary using Adobe Suite or similar.
  • Understanding of DSLR camera workflows, basic photo composition, and some advanced retouching.
  • Understanding of video camera workflows and how camera/lens choices impact the creative output as well as budget.
  • Understanding of basic photo and video lighting techniques and how to achieve them.
  • Ability to identify potential production partners that fall within the scope and budget of client’s needs.
  • Ability to sell a “full package” idea including timeline, start to finish costs, production partners and all related logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Document
  • Ability to lead the creative vision, oversee a small creative team, and identify where the brand needs to go in relation to established guidelines, brand bibles, and any other client related materials.
  • Ability to self direct and manage one’s own time.
  • Strong ability to to meet tight deadlines and work under time and budgetary constraints, frequently delivering your creative output both ahead of schedule and under budget.
  • Ability to interface with both internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
  • Ability to concept, pitch, and sell in ideas for original social, digital, and content projects to the client.
  • Ability to work hand-in-hand with Senior Copywriter to create an idea and see it all the way through execution with a creative vision that ladders up to the client’s established guidelines and needs.
