Overview

As an Account Supervisor, you will manage retail advertising initiatives and projects to successful completion and facilitate client business plan objectives. The successful candidate will have previous experience in agency or client focused environment and must demonstrate management of multiple projects to successful completion. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the following:


Duties & Responibilities

  • Daily contact for dealers and member dealers with on-call availability
  • Regular travel (approx. 50-75% of time) within assigned market areas
  • Develops traffic driving advertising/promotional plans for each market based on business objectives and local market opportunities
  • Leverages local market intelligence, targets specific local market activities, and analyzes competitive threats
  • Executes all day-to-day communication, including: customized newsletters, meeting minutes, marketing alerts, promotional coversheets, etc.
  • Manages development and execution of various and local/sports sponsorships including, sweepstakes, legal, car displays, lead generation/fulfillment, promotional/product activation, etc.
  • Independent Tier-3 resource to member dealers that provides dealer website check-ups, digital marketing inspections, social media reviews, reputation management reviews, etc. to maximize all resources and improve the consumer experience
  • Prepare internal communication: conference reports and assignment summaries.
  • Executes competitive intelligence gathering (i.e., retail watch report, message audit report, etc.)
  • Prepares client presentation materials

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in a client services function within a digital Marketing, Advertising, or Business-related field
  • Shows solid knowledge of the client’s business (including pricing, product, sales, brand metrics, business economics, and marketing channels, results and strategies)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Motivated team player
  • Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls & recommendations
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams
  • Ability to communicate (verbal/written) program or project objectives and strategy for all owned projects.
  • Results owner – can articulate past results and measurement strategies
