Innocean is a full-service advertising agency in sunny Huntington Beach, CA and we are looking for an Account Executive for our Digital Brand Management Team. The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of client’s automotive website campaigns and initiatives, and ensure that the agency delivers quality work on time and within budget. This role needs to have experience in a (digital) agency or client services environment. The successful candidate should possess good client contact skills including, but not limited to, conducting presentations, trouble-shooting problems and thinking on their feet.

• Schedule all meetings, dinners, conference calls for internal and client facing meetings
• Organize and update aggregated decks that consists of competitive social, web and promotional activity
• Maintain weekly status document to ensure it stays up to date
• Provide any assets to internal teams and external vendors for promotions, videos, logos, copy, etc.,
• Develop creative and activity recaps for client reporting
• Open up job workflows with Project Management to ensure timely delivery of requests and achieving project milestones
• Assists the Brand Manager with tactical campaign initiatives and one-off projects

• 2-4 years of experience in a client services function within a digital Marketing, Advertising, or Business related field.
• Knowledgeable in MS software, Word, Power Point, and Excel
• Knowledgeable in web development process
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls / recommendations
